Peter previously served as Operations Director at St Michaels Resort in Falmouth, where he led the full redevelopment of the property, including a transformative £12 million refurbishment. He played a central role in design development, procurement planning, operational strategy, and the complete repositioning of the resort, helping to establish it as one of Cornwall’s leading lifestyle destinations. Under his leadership, the resort achieved multiple accolades—including an award-winning spa and Hotel of the Year—and successfully relaunched from the ground up, increasing turnover from £4 million to £10 million.
