About Louise
Louise is a highly experienced and dedicated hotelier with over 25 years of experience. She has worked for a number of major hotel groups both in the UK and abroad, including The Landmark London. She worked as Financial Controller for Cheval Residences and progressed to Finance Director for the holding company Cheval Property Management, a major property portfolio holder in central London for a number of years. In 2019 Louise took up a role of Finance Director at St Michaels Resort, quickly becoming the Managing Director of the business. She, along with her team, successfully turned the resort round, guided it through Covid and transformed it into one of the leading hospitality operators in Cornwall. More recently, Louise owns her own small country house hotel in Cornwall which is highly successful and profitable. Alasdair MacConell – Development Director Alasdair is a very experienced developer with over 23 years experience gained at two of the most active and successful property companies in the UK; CALA Group (where he was Managing Director of CALA Properties and a member of the Group’s Executive board) and with the Scarborough/Teeslandorganisations. Alasdair has a successful track record in commercial property creating profitable organisations and ventures by developing and leading executive and project teams, negotiating and securing finance from major funds and banks, and bringing complex projects in on time and on budget.
