About James
James has recently joined the Holte Management Team although having worked closely with them for the last 6 years. Prior to that James had been at CBRE Investment Management (CBREIM) for 26 years in a variety of roles. He won a number of industry awards for the performance of his funds before moving into a more transaction focused role. In the last 12 years this has been targeted at the operational real estate/alternatives markets within which hotels sit. For the the last 8 years he has headed up this team and grown the funds invested in these sectors from 5% to just under 20% of all CBREIM’s UK funds with a heavy weighting to hotels. Today CBREIM have over 80 hotels in the UK.
