Dean is a highly experienced, award-winning hotelier and commercial leader. With solid backgrounds in both operational and commercial leadership roles, he has led, developed and nurtured teams across all disciplines. He has worked for various types and sectors of the hospitality industry, including Marriott, Whitbread, Malmaison, Cheval Residences and Red Hotels. Throughout his career, Dean has a proven track record in driving achievements through his teams, partners and colleagues and is relentless in achieving the very best. More recently, he has managed commercial functions including sales, revenue, finance and marketing to bring a cohesive and structured approach to all commercial activities. Dean has also led sales teams across different European markets and enjoyed personal success in sales activities in North America. As well as his extensive career, he also has his own business in Cornwall, a collection of luxury cottages with spa gardens.
