AJ Geach is a finance professional with extensive experience across hospitality and complex organisations. He has served as Finance Business Partner at the Eden Project, supporting one of the UK’s most iconic attractions with strategic financial planning and operational insight. His hospitality career also includes senior roles where he has delivered profitability improvements, system upgrades and strengthened financial reporting. He combines technical expertise with a clear understanding of operational needs.
In his most recent role, AJ worked as Senior Management Accountant for a FTSE-listed company with revenues exceeding £100m, where he managed performance reporting, budgeting, and financial controls in a demanding environment. This blend of corporate scale and hospitality expertise enables him to design robust financial strategies, streamline processes and provide clear insights that support sustainable business performance.
Outside of work, AJ is a proud dad to his two sons, Wilbur & Louie as well as (attempting) to play golf.
